What is the Agassi Procedure?
Agassi is a technology that thins the fat tissue in the cheek with a specially designed head using monopolar radiofrequency energy. With the application made through the mucosa inside the cheek, the tissue heats up, while stimulating the fat layer and collagen production and tightening the skin.
What is the Duration of the Procedure and How is it Performed?
The procedure takes about 20 minutes. It is applied to the right and left cheek through the mouth. They have disposable, personalized heads. The treatment is usually planned as 2-4 sessions at two-week intervals. Additional sessions can be done if necessary.
What is the Result of the Procedure?
The result starts to be observed around 2-3 weeks. Although the result to be obtained is not as obvious as bichectomy surgery, it provides thinning in rounded faces.
